Upcoming Library Event: Poetry Reading

In her twenties, Doris Lynch drove to Alaska from New Orleans with her husband and toddler. They spent a school year in the Inupiat village of Kivalina where she once walked a mile on the sea ice. “Swimming to Alaska” was published by Bottom Dog Press in 2023 and her collection of haibun “Meteor Hound” came out last year.
